Clear terms for a steady service.
These terms govern access to BakeCadence, including its free trial, paid subscriptions, bakery workspace, and customer storefront features.
Effective September 6, 2026Using BakeCadence
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account and bakery information. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, safeguarding access to it, and ensuring that your products, prices, customer communications, and fulfillment practices comply with applicable laws.
Trial and subscriptions
New bakery workspaces receive a 14-day trial without a card. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Paid access begins only after you select a plan and complete Stripe Checkout.
Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year until canceled. The price and billing cadence are shown before payment. Taxes may be added where required. Plan changes, payment-method updates, invoices, and cancellation are managed through the Stripe-hosted customer portal.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the billing portal. Unless the portal states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain access through that date. Charges already completed are non-refundable except where required by law or where BakeCadence confirms a billing error. For billing help, contact support promptly.
Your data and storefront
You retain ownership of the business and customer information you enter. You grant BakeCadence permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for obtaining any notices or permissions required before entering customer data or accepting storefront orders.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, upload unlawful content, send deceptive communications, or use BakeCadence to violate another person's rights. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the platform, or others.
Service availability and liability
We work to keep BakeCadence reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis and may occasionally be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, BakeCadence is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for BakeCadence during the preceding 12 months.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as BakeCadence evolves. Material changes will be presented through the service or posted here with a revised effective date. Questions can be sent to support@bakecadence.com.
